The three map series saw OG and GODSENT trade map picks before the former squad secured the series on Nuke to continue their lower-bracket run at cs_summit 6.
GODSENT improved their 8% winrate on Inferno after today's series as they showed a dominant game on GODSENT's map pick, winning it 16-7, but failed to show up on two of their staple maps that followed, Overpass and Nuke, which went OG's way. Mateusz "mantuu" Wilczewski and Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt were outstanding across the series and ensured OG a place in the lower-bracket final against HEROIC. Despite the elimination, GODSENT will be playing another match in cs_summit 6, the 5-6th place decider against fnatic.
OG started Inferno by winning the pistol round and edging out the following force buy, but GODSENT's decision to double down with a consecutive force paid off, seeing them push into the lead. Playing on the CT side, GODSENT were proactive and caused a lot of issues to Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen's team, who found themselves 7-3 down shortly. mantuu's triple got them their fourth, but Pavle "Maden" Bošković turned around a 3v5 that saw GODSENT regain control of the half.
With an 11-4 deficit going into the second half, OG won the much-needed pistol, only to again falter to a force buy and Martin "STYKO" Styk's triple. At 14-6, mantuu held down A with a quad kill to keep his team alive, but GODSENT closed out Inferno with a low-buy B push, securing a resounding 16-8 win.

Moving on to Overpass, OG looked good to start it off, claiming a 4-1 lead before a 4v2 anti-eco loss gave GODSENT some momentum. Kevin "kRYSTAL" Amend's men narrowed the gap down to one round, 5-4, but OG bounced back and made the scoreline 8-4 after NBK-'s ace. GODSENT then added one more to the tally, but being in a poor state economically made it hard for them to challenge the defenders, seeing OG move up to 10 before the switch.
GODSENT's CT pistol gamble didn't pay off, resulting in OG extending up to a 13-5 lead, after which STYKO gave a lifeline to his team with back-to-back multikills. However, mantuu's clutch broke his opponents resistance and saw Overpass concluded in favor of OG, 16-7.
Things were concluded on Nuke, where GODSENT looked good to take control on the T side, but four close rounds in a row going OG's way, followed by an eco victory, gave Aleksib's men a 9-5 lead. Maden's 1v2 clutch to close out the half and Asger "Farlig" Jensen's three USP-S kills seemingly got GODSENT back into it (9-7), but a subsequent anti-force loss took the wind out of their sails. OG built onto that, and with NBK- leading the fragging, closed out the map 16-8.
